Our stay was absolutely miserable. The bathroom was filthy and had terrible plumbing. the toilet wouldn't flush properly, and we had to struggle multiple times just to use it. The shower had such low water pressure that it was impossible to take a decent shower, and we were disgusted by the foul smell of the water that lingered on us after bathing. To top it off, the room was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and a dirty floor that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Why I’m torn on this

The staff were incredibly friendly and the views from my room were breathtaking, making every morning a delight.

On the other hand, the outdated decor and poor soundproofing made for an uncomfortable stay at times.

It was just a well-suited match for a fleeting pause in San Pedro with best value for money ratio. The near full moon during our stay made for a perfect evening ambiance. Make sure to check in early if you want a smooth start.

The kids loved the family suite with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. We spent our days diving and enjoying the stunning sea views. The staff was always accommodating, especially the friendly bartender who whipped up delicious drinks for us.

My children wished for a kids' club or activities for them to enjoy while we relaxed.

Not for the luxury-seeker

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday! The location is ideal for business, with all necessary amenities within a short walk. The staff provided exceptional service, helping me with my work-related inquiries efficiently. My room was clean and offered a peaceful retreat after my busy days, complete with a comfortable setting and reliable Wi-Fi, which was crucial for my meetings.

The dining options were somewhat limited.

The location is perfect for diving at the nearby reef and enjoying some fun at the local bars. Rooms are comfortable, and you can't beat the beach right outside. Also, don't miss the tasty Key Lime Cake at the restaurant next door!

One downside was the noise from nearby events late at night. While it didn't ruin our trip, it was a bit disruptive on a couple of nights.
